Holm8

  • Holm8 is a member-based wellness club and event destination in Nordhavn.


    It is home to Holm8 Health Hub with sauna, cold plunge, and curated events — as well as the distinctive venues Holm8 Pavillon and Holm8 Rooftop for private and professional gatherings.

  • Yes. In general our facilities are reserved for members.

    But, we host Public events and during 2026, we will launch Open Saunagus for non-members.

  • Parking is currently not available directly at our facilities.

    Nearby parking is available on Færgehavnsvej 10, 2150 Nordhavn (5 min. walk from Holm8)

Holm8 Health Hub

  • Memberships are limited. Sign up to get notified when we release new memberships, or explore available options here.

  • Log into your profile and click “Cancel subscription” — or contact us at connect@holm8.dk.

  • You can collect your wristband on selected days. The specific ‘Pick up’ days are available under “Schedule” when you are logged in to your profile, online or in the Holm8 app.

    New wristband fee: 300 DKK.

  • Not at this time.

  • We don’t have a traditional waiting list. Instead, sign up to be notified when memberships are released — offered on a first come, first served basis.

  • Yes - If you have a PRO membership, you may bring a guest.

    Please note that your guest cannot participate in membergus.

  • Log into your member page and go to “Schedule.”

    There are 2-5 membergus sessions every week - It is free for “CORE” and “PRO” memberships - Note: Membergus is not included for “OFF PEAK” members.

    Activities and availability may vary depending on season and demand.

  • Not at this time. During 2026 we will launch Open Saunagus for non-members.

  • For all sessions and events cancellations must be made no later than 12 hours before the start via the app/website/member profile.

    For late cancellation or no-show, a DKK 150 fee is charged (applies to membergus and free member events) or 1 clip is deducted (for events/activities that use clips).

  • Sauna: ~90-95°C (depending on number of guests)

    Cold plunges: On average ~10°C.

  • Yes, its possible to buy a gift card when you are logged in with your profile.

  • Cancellations must be made no later than 12 hours before the start via the app/website/member profile.
